At KBN Reptiles, we take great pride in helping both new and experienced keepers provide the very best care for their animals. Education has always been at the heart of what we do, and we're passionate about giving you the knowledge and confidence to enjoy reptile keeping.

Before you take your new pet home, we'll guide you through everything you need to know, including handling, feeding, heating, lighting and general husbandry. We'll also explain how to use your equipment correctly, ensuring you feel fully prepared and confident before you leave the shop.

Our aim isn't just to sell reptiles—it's to help you become a confident, knowledgeable reptile keeper.

Our support doesn't end once you've made your purchase. We're always happy to answer questions and offer advice, whether you contact us by email, Facebook or Instagram, or visit us in store. We aim to be as accessible as possible, both during and outside of normal opening hours.

We also offer a growing library of free care guides, covering everything from species-specific husbandry to livefood preparation and general reptile care. Just ask a member of our team if you'd like a copy or need help finding the information you're looking for.

Appointments are available if you'd like to guarantee a member of staff is free, but they're not essential—feel free to drop in anytime during our opening hours.
